This is our premier salad mix for the catering trade with over twenty different types of leaf including oakleaf, butterhead, frisee and batavia lettuce, red mizuna, Russian kale, rosette pak choi, purple tah tsai, ruby frilled mustard, Greek cress, red chard and flowering pea tops. Our organic Gourmet Babyleaves is an artisan salad product that uses as many different colours, textures and decorative forms as possible and it includes unusual leaves that are not used in salad mixes from larger scale growers. We get creative because we want the chef to be creative and we want our leaves to really stand out on a plate.
